Module Outline
This module provides students with foundational knowledge and understanding of Health Psychology by considering how psychological and other factors can influence physical health and illness. Students will also learn about and develop key skills in psychological research methods and apply these to content learned within the module.

Students will also learn about and develop key skills in psychological research methods and apply these to content learned within the module.

Critically evaluate theory and research evidence relating to Health Psychology
Apply knowledge and understanding of analysing data relating to Health Psychology
Communicate ideas pertaining to Health Psychology clearly, within the framework of academic writing conventions appropriate to foundation year study
